How Will the Roads Come Together

Have you ever experienced an event in your life that left you questioning God with,
“What just occurred?”…… “Why did this happen?”
He answers back saying, “In time, it will become clear to you.”

As followers of Christ, it’s crucial that we continuously seek understanding in these moments

We are all faced with two fundamental choices:
I will make better decisions now because of things that I learned that happened in the past
I will make bad decision now because of things that I did not learn that happened in the past

In today’s Bible study session, focused on “The Triumphs of David,” I learned that David’s past set of difficult circumstances and David seeking God for answers, many years later, God was true to his word and it became clear to David why these things happened to him

The story of David and Goliath is familiar to many; David was a shepherd who skillfully and courageously protected his sheep from lion attacks, long before he was ever considered a leader.

God chose David to be the next king while Saul was still reigning. Despite being anointed king, David did not claim the throne until God indicated the right moment. Throughout this period, David remained faithful to King Saul.

During this period between David being anointed as the next king and being a faithful servant to King Sual, he encountered many unpleasant circumstances with Saul which left him asking God….
“what just occurred?….”why is this happening?”
God whispers “In time, it will become clear to you.”

Fastforward, many years later,
Saul died and David reigned over the tribe/nation of Judah, not yet King over all 12 tribes/nations
“I will make better decisions now because of things that I learned that happened in the past”
The difficult set of circumstances that David went through with King Saul
the roads were starting to come together.

“In time, it will become clear to you.”

As believers in God, we always need to remember
if things don’t make sense now, they will make sense in the future

God was preparing David for kingship, but first David needed to understand the essentials what it takes to become king, Through King Saul actions, David was being taught the pitfalls of ruling a kingdom.

A few years ago, I found myself in a situation where decisions were required of me, and it was time for me to rise to the occasion and fulfill expectations.
Trying to make the best possible decisions under the circumstance surrounded them
things turned into chaos
leading me to question…………
“What just occurred?”…… “Why did this happen?”

God whispers back saying, “In time, it will become clear to you.”

As followers of Christ, it is essential that we persistently seek understanding in these times.
God will reveal clarity to us when the time is right.
The roads will eventually come together

In moments of chaos and unanswered questions,
it is our faith that guides us towards understanding and peace.
God’s timing is impeccable, teaching us that patience and trust are not just virtues but necessities.
As we maneuver the complexities of life, let us hold fast to the promise that God’s wisdom will illuminate our path in His perfect timing. The road may seem disjointed now, but in God’s grand design, every piece falls into place, revealing a path that leads us closer to Him and to the clarity we seek.
