About My Daughter
First and foremost, I give thanks and all the glory to God for my website.
My daughter Andrea, through her death, made this space possible.
In the middle of chaos going on all around me, I was somehow managing to hold myself together.
But when the Lord allowed Andrea’s life to enter its final days on hospice,
hospice + chaos= pushed me beyond what I thought I could bear.
It was in that breaking place God began something new in me,
setting my life up for a whole new journey.
Through it all, I discovered a relationship with the Lord
—one deeper and more real than I had ever known
The end of her life became the moment that saved my own
Andrea loved the Lord
She was diagnosed with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy Type 2 as a young adult
and she was also diagnosed with Aspergers- a lower form of autism.
Living on her own came with a lot of challenges.
Due to her child-like mind, she was often taken advantage of.
This is when i had to step in and get guardianship of her
During my daily morning Bible study,
Andrea’s life opened my eyes to lessons I will carry forever.
I want to dedicate this page to the blogs that mention her,
sharing the stories and moments that honor her memory.
