What a beautiful day the Lord has given us today !
Let’s open our hearts to Him and listen for His gentle guidance.
For His way is far better than our way, so let’s trust in Him instead of trying to lead ourselves
Psalm 118:24:”This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
We’ve all experienced that moment of misplacing our cellphone.
Retracing our steps, searching the house from top to bottom, checking the car, even looking outside.
I don’t know about you, but I panic when I can’t find mine. What if there was an emergency and I missed
that call.
What is even worse is when my phone breaks, panic and fear really sets in and I rush to Verizon to
get another phone asap
I never really understood what it really meant to Fear the Lord
until I hit rock bottom, humbled myself before Him and renewed my life to Him,
This is when I finally understood what it meant to Fear the Lord.
Looking back on my old life, I lived will all sorts of negative emotions
sadness, hate, stress, anxiety, depression, pride, confusion, jealousy, guilt
Fearing the Lord is not about being afraid of Him but afraid of a life without Him.
I never want to go back to my old life where I didn’t feared the Lord.
Without my phone, I feel disconnected
Without fearing Lord, I now realize that disconnected feeling
I had without Him.
Without Him, I am lost, but with Him, I have direction.
Without Him, I am weak, but in Him, I find strength.
Without Him, life is empty, but in Him, I have peace
Without Him, life is empty, but in Him, I find purpose.
Without Him, life is empty, but in Him, I find true fulfillment
Without Him, I feel lost in the chaos, but in Him, I trust in His perfect plan
Psalm 59:16 – “But I will sing of Your strength, in the morning I will sing of Your love; for You are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.”
I now wake up every morning with a new song in my heart.
This day belongs to You Lord,
Knowing that the Lord is guiding my day and not myself, I am more at peace
Just as I wouldn’t want to go a moment without my phone, I never want to go a moment without the Lord by my side.
When we truly Fear the Lord, we gain wisdom, grow in trust, and walk in closer relationship with Him.
A heart that honors and Fears the Lord finds wisdom, security, and a deeper connection with Him.
A true understanding of the Fear of the Lord unlocks wisdom, builds trust, and draws us closer to Him
When I truly gave my life to Him
When I truly humbled before Him
When I truly……. Feared Him
He gave me a new heart and I never want to lose Him again.
He is on my speed dial, He’s my first call in every moment, my lifeline
My Ultimate Emergency Contact.
Psalm 34:8-“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.
Heaven Father
From the depths of my heart, I thank You for allowing me to reach rock bottom,
It was my brokenness that made me realize that I was lost and that I needed to find You.
Just as I panic when I misplace my cellphone, desperate to find it,
You allowed me to feel that same desperation to seek You, to return to You.
Lord, I lift up those who feel the same as I once did, that they may recognize
their need for You and to seek You.
Open their hearts, Lord, and draw them back to You.
May they come to know the peace, the strength, and the hope that can only be found in You.
